Dear Future Homeowner,

Trying to find a great way to build your credit and buy a home for you and your family?  BDF Realty's "Pick Your Own" Rent-To-Own Home Program could be what you are looking for!

There are 6 Simple Steps in this Program:

1.  Look at Rent-To-Own Homes Available and let us know which homes you are interested in.  Also, please fill out our FREE Buyer Prequalification Form so we can know how much home you qualify for.

2.  It is required that you have $2,500 to put down down AND the first month’s rent to take part in this program. 

3.  Once we receive your application, we will call you to verify the type of home and features you are looking for, and set you up on a more tailored home search.

4.  Once you search through the homes, let us know which five (5) homes you are interested in seeing.  We will contact the owners to see if they are willing to sell their homes and for what terms.  If they are, we will set up a time to see the homes that rent-to-own is available for.

 5.  Once you find a home you like, we will then get the paperwork taken care of and schedule your move-in date!

6.  Then move-in!  Congratulations!
