We are the 4% people...

Yes, it's true!!  This is an excellent opportunity for licensed NC Realtors ONLY to get paid for helping us fill our properties with your clients that do not qualify financially right now.  If they are interested in one of our homes, we will pay you $250.00 up-front for tenant procurement and 4% of the sales price if they eventually buy.   The details are included in MLS and the corresponding MLS #'s are on the Homes Available page. 

To qualify, they must have $4,000 to put down as an option payment.   We will also verify employment/income, criminal record, and call past landlords.  We do pull credit reports to check on any amounts due to creditors, but can deal with low credit scores if it is a good candidate.
