To get started, this is a very simple process.  We need 3 things:

1.  For full service, please fill out our Property Management Form and we will send you the Property Management Agreement we need back to start working on your home (see "#5 Sample Property Management Agreement" above to see what it looks like).

2.  For a 33% discount on the tenant procurement fee, please fill out the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Owner & Unit Info Form and e-mail (Support@BDFRealty.com) or fax (704- 973-0057) it back to us.

3.  Please have 3 house keys made and we will meet you at your home.  If this is not convenient, you can mail these to:

4.  A check for $99.00 made out to "BDF Realty, Inc."
