To make an on-line payment, please create a new Zego PayLease account or log-in to your existing account below.
For rental applications, please submit a payment of $75.00 (plus processing fees) for each adult over 18 years of age living full-time in the home. Application fees are non-refundable and must be paid by credit card (ACH payments will not be accepted for application fees).
To expedite your rental application, please e-mail the last 2 pay stubs of anyone whose income is being factored into the application to [email protected].
For all payments (including rental payments), Zego PayLease will add a 3.5% processing fee to your payment total for all major credit cards (Example: For a $1,000 rental payment, you will be charged a total of $1,035.00). ACH payments will incur a $3.95 fee.

For any questions about using Zego PayLease or to pay by phone, please contact Zego PayLease directly at (866) 729-5327 and pick option #1. If paying by phone (in addition to the 3.5% processing fee), there is a $9.95 convenience fee (Example: $1,000.00 rental payment + $35.00 3% processing fee + $9.95 convenience fee = $1,044.95 total charge).
